The Hague CB3 set of 3 Conversion Bushes includes 1 which has a 3/8" internal thread to 5/8" external thread (standard microphone thread) and this has a diameter of 18mm. It also includes 2 adaptors that have a 1/4" internal thread to 3/8" external thread.
